Meet the Founders Endless Spas is a family owned and run business, led by co-founders Warren and Jenny Anderson – childhood sweethearts who have been married for more than 30 years; two of their three children also work at Endless Spas. The Anderson family’s passion for their business stems from a belief in the spa experience to enhance the lives of their customers. Says Jenny: “The spa experience can help customers reconnect with family and friends while others can achieve maximized health and wellbeing from the benefits of relaxation, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy. “For us, the core of Endless Spas is about time to call your own to enhance and optimise your relationships and personal health.”
Jenny Anderson	Time to listen, time to act As the head of the Endless Spas Customer Care Team, Jenny is instrumental in developing and implementing innovative programs to support spa owners. From composing spa care manuals to hosting spa chemical workshops (backed by her science degree), Jenny is dedicated to continually improving and supporting customer relationships at Endless Spas. Jenny’s enthusiasm for customer support has resulted in Endless Spas winning two consecutive awards for Best Customer Service at the prestigious Swimming Pool and Spa Association Awards of Excellence, in 2005 and 2006. Says Jenny: “Good customer support is about listening to our customers and addressing their issues quickly. We want our customers to feel like family which is why care, respect and concern is a priority in maintaining and bettering our service standards.”
Time for innovation, time for giving Endless Spas co-founder Warren Anderson is also the company’s visionary head spa designer. He is personally responsible for developing Australia’s first ever Swim Spa; portable outdoor salt water spa; Necksage™ hydrotherapy spa bath; Endless Cryobath™; and Endless Cryospa™. Thankful for his other role, as father to three healthy children, Warren donates spa baths and spa pools to help support people in need – particularly parents whose children are ill or who have a disability and who will benefit from the health and wellbeing benefits that spas offer. Recently, Endless Spas developed a spa with customised fixtures, allowing a disabled child and his parents to relax and enjoy a spa as a family – without the parents having to physically support their child. Says Warren: “Endless Spas is very thankful for our loyal customer base, which is why we’re dedicated to giving back to the community that supports us so much.”		Warren Anderson
